Join the All star auto glass Team
We're looking for an Auto Glass Technician's Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who's mechanically inclined, likes learning a trade, and wants to build real skills alongside experienced technicians.
The Job:
- Assist our technicians with windshield and auto glass installations and repairs
- Prep vehicles for service
- Help with parts handling, inventory, and keeping the work spaces organized
- Learn proper glass removal, adhesive application, and safety/calibration standards
- Provide great service to customers who walk through our doors
What are we looking for:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A Reliable team member. Someone who shows up and follows through
- Previous automotive, trades, or shop experience is an asset, but not required, we'll train the right person
